At CrossFit RedShack you will receive proper CrossFit training with a huge focus on the safety and well-being of our RedShack members. We offer a weekly “on-ramp” or introductory course to introduce new members to CrossFit and its basic movements before they join our normal classes.

There is always a coach on hand to provide support in any way possible and to always make sure that safety and the enjoyment of the session is of the utmost importance. We cater for beginners, as well as the more experienced CrossFitter who would like to take the sport a bit further, by way of our competitor's program. What you want out of CrossFit we want to provide to you at CrossFit RedShack.

GETTING STARTED

STEP ONE: Sign up!
Sign up for our 1 week On-Ramp course, There will be an On-Ramp course every week. The course will consist of four 1-hour sessions, where you will be introduced to CrossFit through lectures, movements, and workouts (WODs).

STEP TWO: Choose a time!
Classes are from 18:00-19:00 Mondays to Thursdays

STEP THREE: What to bring!
This course has been designed to meet the fitness levels of any individual who possesses the desire to be better. All we ask you to bring is a great attitude and open-mind. Wear athletic clothing and shoes.
